1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

·       The product received is damaged during transit.

·       The product received has a manufacturing defect.

·       The wrong product, size, or color was delivered.

·       The item received is significantly different from the order placed.

To be eligible for a return:

·       The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

·       The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

·       All original tags, labels, packaging, and freebies must be included.

·       Clear photographs and an unboxing video may be requested to verify the claim.

Brainlava reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.

2. Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky.

Size exchanges are available subject to:

·       Stock availability.

·       Exchange request being raised within 3 days of delivery.

·       Product being unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Customers may be responsible for shipping charges associated with size exchanges unless otherwise stated.

Brainlava reserves the right to deny exchange requests for products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or misuse.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

·       Change of mind after purchase.

·       Incorrect size selected by the customer.

·       Minor color differences caused by screen settings or photography.

·       Products purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional events unless damaged or defective.

·       Products returned without original tags or packaging.

·       Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, deodorant marks, or damage caused after delivery.

4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at support@brainlava.in.
2. Include:

o   Order Number

o   Full Name

o   Contact Number

o   Reason for Return/Exchange

o   Supporting photographs and videos

1. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
2. If approved, return instructions will be shared.

Please do not ship products back without receiving confirmation from our support team.

5. Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Brainlava reserves the right to:

·       Approve the return or exchange.

·       Reject the request if the product fails inspection.

·       Return the product to the customer in case of rejection.

The decision of the Brainlava quality team shall be final.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

·       A return request has been approved.

·       The returned product successfully passes quality inspection.

·       An order is cancelled before shipment.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund timelines:

·       Processing by Brainlava: 3–5 business days.

·       Reflection in bank account/card/wallet: 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

Shipping charges, convenience fees, and COD charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Brainlava.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

For cancellation requests, contact support@brainlava.in as soon as possible after placing the order.

8. Refusal of Delivery

Refusing delivery without prior approval from Brainlava may result in additional shipping and handling charges being deducted from any eligible refund amount.

9. Damaged Packages

If the package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery:

·       Take photographs before opening.

·       Record an unboxing video.

·       Contact Brainlava within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide supporting evidence may affect claim eligibility.
